| This screen shot shows the data entry page for Artists. There is a similar entry page for Collectors/Contacts. On this page you register names, addresses, contact information, pertinent notes, etc. The e-mail and web buttons take you directly to your e-mail program and web browser. This page also has a summary of Sales and Current Consignment activities, while the page for Collectors/Contacts has a similar summary for Purchases. Several full reports are available including Consignments, Sales, and All activity for each artist. For Collectors/Contacts a similar report shows the complete details of Purchases for each customer.
