| This screen shot shows the data entry page for Galleries. There is a similar entry page for Contacts/Customers. On this page you register names, addresses, contact information, pertinent notes, etc. The e-mail and web buttons take you directly to your e-mail program and web browser. This page for Galleries also has a summary of Sales and Current Consignment activities, while the page for Contacts/Customers has a similar summary for Purchase. Several full reports are available including Consignments, Sales, and All activity for each gallery. For Contacts/Customers a similar report shows the complete details of Purchases for each Customer.
